• A Full written Workout plan for the Gym or Home, including all the exercise names, sets, reps and resting periods.
• The Plan is Personalised based on the individuals Needs, Desires and Goals (Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Mobility, Funtionality...)
• A 60min session with Coach (Andreas or Tiina)
Suitable for all levels of Fitness & Mobility
• You will have our support through Phone & Email for a 4 week period.
• Monthly Check-ups are Recommended (additional charges apply)
