šš½ MELATONIN the Master Time Keeper šā°š
Melatonin is a Hormone of Light & Released in Darkness! Real Sleep Hygiene begins when we wake up at Sunrise š
It is the key to mitochondrial function and the health of each and every cell.
The human body is meant to absorb all the frequencies of sunlight during the day, during darkness, cells release varying amounts of Extremely Low Frequency-UV to conduct and control cellular metabolism.
Melatonin Requires darkness after sunset to work appropriately in cells and be recycled each day.
Blue Light, Nn EMFs & Eating after sunset disrupts Melatonin Production šµ
š The precursor of melatonin is serotonin, which is made from UV light and tryptophan.
š Melatonin is made from serotonin at night time after 2-4 hours of darkness
š 90% of serotonin is made by the gut microbiome releasing light to tryptophan, then making serotonin. The amount of light released by the microbiome determines how much serotonin is made = controlled by circadian rhythms. If the microbiome and gut cells are not healthy, melatonin is not made appropriately = why most diseases begin with gut problems. Melatonin can only be released when no digestion / eating is taking place.
šš½ Roles of Melatonin š“
Melatonin absorbs varying frequencies of UV light. These varying frequencies that activate it, determine its function in:
ā¢ Sleep
ā¢ Cell regeneration especially ALL PHOTORECEPTORS that are destroyed by blue light
ā¢ Mitochondrial Energy Production
ā¢ Super Antioxidant
ā¢ Antagonises Cortisol & Decreases sex steroids in tissue
ā¢ Stimulates Immune Function
ā¢ Controls Inflammation
ā¢ Controls Mitochondrial Function
ā¢ Activates Antioxidant Enzymes
ā¢ Protects Mitochondrial Genes from Mutations
šš½ How to Produce & Protect Melatonin š”ļøāļø
ā¢ Be outside during Sunrise
ā¢ Be outside during Mid-day & Afternoon Sun
ā¢ All without Glasses & Minimal Clothing
ā¢ No Blue Light & Nn EMFs After Sunset
ā¢ Wear Blue Light Blockers
ā¢ All light Bulbs Red at Night
ā¢ Sleep in completely Dark Room
šš½ Melatonin has 4 ESSENTIAL functions in mitochondria: š
ā¢ Controls energy metabolism & flux via control of electron and proton tunnelling
ā¢ REDOX Balance
ā¢ Ion Homeostasis
ā¢ Signalling of Cell Death & Mitophagy
š Melatonin obtains the sun's signal through the eyes and skin via Neuropsin. Neuropsin responds to the varying frequencies of UV light that provide different signals in the morning sun and afternoon sun. Melatonin is made first in the Retinal Pigment Epithelium in the eyes, skin & blood plasma from Sunlight.
š Melatonin is made through varying UV light frequencies in different organs and cells in the body. It has a huge range of functions depending on the frequencies of light and the cell that created it.
š Melatonin controls when these semiconductors (DHA, Water, NADH & Collagen) release energy based on Circadian Rhythms = light / dark. These semiconductors move energy throughout the body. DHA in cell membranes converts sunlight into DC electric current and then back into different light frequencies when BLUE LIGHT is ABSENT. Blue light destroys melatonin and DHA.
š Anytime Energy from Light is transformed, Melatonin will be present locally to CONTROL the timing. Melatonin made in the eye then signals the SCN (master clock) and then the pineal to create and secrete hormones.
š Melatonin and Neuropsin production & cycling requires Sunlight & Darkness to work. If the eyes and skin are covered during Sunlight UV hours and Blue Light is present in dark hours the mechanism doesn't occur.
š Melatonin made in the brain uses serotonin stored in the small intestine and travels to the pineal gland via the Vagus nerve to be converted to Melatonin. Night time eating and Blue light leads to low melatonin levels.
